The 21-Week Skyscraper Mentality Challenge
Frederick AduThe 21-Week Skyscraper Mentality Challenge
A structured climb from the ground floor to the 111th Floor — for people who do not merely need encouragement, but a way to rebuild how they think, see, believe, and rise.
Everyone teaches you how to win. Nobody teaches you how to come back.

$99 is the early-bird price. The selling price is $279 when early-bird closes. No payment is taken on this site — the application comes first.
First, the free doorway: They Came Back
They Came Back is the free comeback book for email subscribers. It is the doorway, not the whole house. Its job is to give hope, show comeback patterns, introduce the Skyscraper frame, and invite the right person into the deeper work.
The book gives the reader language for possibility. The Challenge gives them a path for rebuilding.
Who this is for
This is for the person who has survived something, but has not yet rebuilt properly.
- The person who feels life has brought them low.
- The person who has lost confidence after a long season of pain.
- The believer who knows God is not finished, but cannot yet see the architecture of the next season.
- The man or woman asking, “How do I start again?”
- The person who does not only need motivation — they need structure.
My word to you
I am 54 years old. Five years ago I lost my right leg above the knee, and I have been paralyzed from the waist down, recovering in bed. As I speak, I will be running these sessions from that recovering bed until my situation changes. I have learned more in these five years about God, marriage, family, money, and my own worth than I learned in the forty-eight before them. So this is not theory I am selling you.
I do not promise you outcomes only God and your obedience can walk out. I promise you a serious journey, honest teaching, tested language, and a framework for rebuilding.
You are not finished because life brought you low. You need the architecture to rise again.
What this is
A structured path to rebuild your mind, recover your perspective, restore your faith, clarify your purpose, and begin climbing again — one floor at a time.
This is not motivation for people who want to feel better for a day. This is architecture for people who are ready to rebuild.
The seven sessions of the climb
Twenty-one weeks, three weeks to each session.
Seeing what others miss — from ground-level worry to God-level clarity.
Breaking the inner ceiling: the beliefs that kept you low.
Seeing like God sees — your life, your situation, your future.
Thinking God’s thoughts until your thinking changes your living.
Believing before seeing, and walking it out one step at a time.
Living from eternity — building what outlasts you.
The 111th-floor life: living from God’s view, on purpose.
What you receive
- All 21 weeks on demand. The full teaching, recorded — climb at your own pace.
- A live Q&A every week with me, for the length of the cohort.
- The Q&A replay library. Every past session stays available to you.
- The workbook for the twenty-one weeks, ending in your written Elevation Covenant.
- One year of access so you can walk it again.
- Group support inside the cohort — you climb with people, not alone.
One-to-one sessions with me are not included. Those are a separate paid conversation, offered only when it is genuinely useful to you.
How admission works
- You apply. The application is short — two fields to begin.
- I read every application myself.
- If the cohort is a fit for where you are, you receive a payment invitation.
- No money changes hands on this page, and nothing is charged automatically.
Refunds, plainly
You may withdraw and receive a full refund any time before the cohort begins. Once the cohort starts, fees are not refundable — the teaching is delivered from the first week, and the group is a commitment.
The timing
This is the founding cohort. Applications are open now and I am reviewing them as they arrive. The start date is announced at launch — you will know it before any payment is invited, not after.
Cohorts stay deliberately small. That is not scarcity theatre; it is the only way this much of me goes into each member.
Begin Your Climb
If you are tired of surviving without structure, this is your invitation to begin rebuilding — honestly, faithfully, and intentionally.
Applications are now reviewed before any payment invitation. Cohorts are intentionally focused.
P.S. They Came Back is the free doorway. The 21-Week Skyscraper Mentality Challenge is the rebuilding path. The elevator is open, but the door only stays open for those who move.
